Help your friends discover OnVerb and earn bonus chat tokens as a thank‑you.

How it works

  • Share your unique referral link (found on your Dashboard and in Settings).
  • When someone visits your link, a referral is recorded (stored via a cookie for up to 90 days).
  • If they create an account and start a paid subscription, you receive bonus chat tokens.
  • You can refer multiple people and earn multiple rewards.

Your reward

  • Current reward: 500 chat tokens per successful referral.
  • The reward may change over time; the current amount is always shown alongside your referral link.
  • Dashboard: Look for the “Refer friends, earn tokens” card.
  • Settings: The same card is shown, plus a detailed list of your referrals.
  • Copy your link directly, or use the share buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • When shared, link previews use the OnVerb logo for consistency and clarity.

Tracking your referrals

  • In Settings, you can see:
    • Who you’ve referred (name and email)
    • Whether they have an active subscription
    • The date your referral reward was granted (if applicable)

When you’ll receive tokens

  • Tokens are granted after your referred friend’s first subscription payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
  • This usually happens immediately upon payment, but may occasionally take a short while to appear.
  • A small cookie is stored when someone visits your link to ensure the referral is recognised.
  • The cookie lasts up to 90 days. If your friend signs up within this period, you’ll receive credit once they subscribe.

Eligibility and fair use

  • Rewards are granted once per referred friend when they begin a paid subscription.
  • Self‑referrals or fraudulent activity are not permitted.
  • OnVerb may revoke rewards if abuse is detected or terms are breached.

    • Yes. The Settings page shows a list of your referrals and whether they have subscribed, plus the date your reward was granted.

  • I can’t see my tokens yet—what should I do?

    • Allow a little time after your friend’s payment completes. If they’ve subscribed and your tokens haven’t appeared, contact support.
